Once submitted, the application appears in your deal pipeline with a status of Submitted. The system automatically runs lender matching to identify the best lenders for the deal. The matching engine compares your loan application against every active lender profile in the system. It evaluates loan type, loan amount, property type, borrower state, LTV ratio, credit score range, and DSCR. Each lender receives a match score and match reasons.
