How does the multi-step loan wizard work?

The loan wizard guides your client through the application in logical steps. It automatically shows or hides fields based on the loan type selected. SBA loans show fields for business financials and guarantor info. Construction loans show rehab budget and ARV fields. Can clients fill out the loan application themselves?

Yes. Every broker gets a unique public loan application URL. Share it with your client via email, text or your website. The client fills in all their information directly and the application automatically associates with your broker account. What happens after a loan application is submitted?

Once submitted, the application appears in your deal pipeline with a status of Submitted. The system automatically runs lender matching to identify the best lenders for the deal. How does the automated lender matching engine work?

The matching engine compares your loan application against every active lender profile in the system. It evaluates loan type, loan amount, property type, borrower state, LTV ratio, credit score range, and DSCR. Each lender receives a match score and match reasons. You see a ranked list of the best-fit lenders, so you know exactly who to approach first.

Can I submit to multiple lenders at once?

Yes. You can select one or multiple matched lenders and submit the deal to all of them simultaneously. Each lender receives only the information they need, and you track each lender response individually — including quoted rate, LTV offered, term, and any conditions.

What is the Client Portal and how does it work?

The Client Portal is a secure, private link you activate for each deal. How does document collection work?

When you request documents from your client, a checklist is automatically generated based on the loan program.
